Our Expertise
Our thermal processing lead has over 15 years experience in thermal processing, having been responsible for ensuring the safety of the UK leading baby food brands thermally processed products for a large part of that time. He has presented at various conferences on thermal processing, including the Institute of Thermal Processing Specialists European Conference.
We can provide support in developing thermal processes right through to conducting root cause analyses when problems occur.
